PTBA: Akuisisi Tambang IPC USD 17,85 Juta

Ternyata akuisisi yang tengah dirampungkan PTBA adalah 51 % saham PT International Prima Coal (IPC) senilai USD 17,85 juta berkapasitas 45 juta ton dengan kualitas 4.800 hingga 6000 kcal/kg. Saat ini IPC tengah bereksplorasi 6-12 bulan dan ditargetkan berproduksi 1H09 atau awal 2H09.

PTBA: Bentuk Anak Usaha Baru, Pesan 1 Kapal

PTBA tengah memesan 1 (satu) unit kapal berukuran 300 feet dengan kapasitas angkut 8 - 10 ribu ton sekali jalan sehubungan rencana pendirian anak usaha baru yangg khusus menangani pengangkutan batubara jalur laut. Saat ini perseroan fokus pada pengembangan anak usaha sendiri dan mengadakan kerjasama dengan PT KAI, Transpascific serta China Railway untuk pembangunan jalur kereta khusus batubara.

PTBA: Siap Patuhi Kebijakan DMO

PTBA siap sedia menyuplai pasokan batubara di pasar domestik terkait dengan kebijakan DMO, bahkan saat ini 70% dari 10 juta ton/tahun untuk pasar domestik antara lain: 5,1 juta ton untuk PLTU Suralaya, Banten; 1,1 juta juta ton ke PLTU Bukit Asam, tanjung Enim; dan 800 ribu ton ke PLTU Tarahan, Lampung. Saat ini pun tengah mengeksploitasi batubara di Cirenti, Riau untuk domestik terkait proyek listrik 10 ribu MW.
